How I got Started with Essential Oils

I never knew the true benefits of diffusing essential oils until I became pregnant and felt the need to look into alternative methods of relaxation, energy, and pain relief. Since of course you are not allowed to take any pharmaceutical medications. I wish I would have found these benefits years ago! I now tell everyone I meet about the amazing benefits of essential oils. At first I went to different health food stores and found that their oils were expensive and not certain their quality.
