Part of my birth plan is to buy some cookies (you can make yours) and attach these sweet gift tags to them for the labour and delivery team at the hospital!
I figure they will have to put up with me so they deserve a sweet treat!

I printed mine off on postcard paper and then made a hole punch to attach them to the goodies.
